I Didn’t Think Recovery Mattered Until It Did

I used to ignore recovery and figured soreness was just part of playing. That worked for a while, then it didn’t. Tight hips all the time. Slow starts. Feeling beat up more often than not. Once I started doing small recovery work every day, things changed. Not overnight, but enough that I noticed. I didn’t train harder. I just stopped skipping the boring stuff.
