What I Actually Do After Practice

What I Actually Do After Practice

After hard practices I used to rip my gear off and leave as fast as possible. Then I’d feel stiff all night and worse the next day. Now I slow things down. I walk for a few minutes, breathe, and deal with tight spots right away instead of ignoring them. I hydrate before thinking about food and try to sleep instead of scrolling. It’s basic stuff, but I don’t wake up feeling wrecked anymore, and that’s made a bigger difference than any extra workout.
